  • Dead Alive Plays 30th Anniversary for Embodiment

    Roughly 220 metal fans packed out Events on Main in historic downtown Dickson for Embodiment’s 30th Anniversary show on Nov. 16. Sponsored by New Wave Hobbies, Embodiment rocked out to an enthusiastic crowd which spontaneously formed a mosh pit where metal devotees were free to bang their heads to their hearts’ content. Area bands Chunder, CreekDevil and Dead Alive opened for Embodiment, each playing around 30-minute-long sets. Following the concert, Eddie Ford performed an acoustic set at the after-party held at New Wave Hobbies.

    OK, so up next is another Death/Thrash project that's called Dead Alive this project formed in Tennessee, US another Death/Thrash band with Dead in the name. This band has unleashed their second offering to the masses and it's full of quite slow and lumbering groovy riffs and sick riffs that are quite awesome too.
